Perfect Phone minor delivery issues. The phone arrived in perfect condition. The appearance and quality are first class and I ordered the middle range quality, battery is at 87% and outside is flawless, no marks at all and it operates perfectly.
However, I ordered a Pacific Blue back and the phone arrived with a White/cream back which is not a problem for me, for others it may be. Fedex delivery tracking number did not work, however FEDEX kept me informed by email. The other minor irritation was that the selling site does not inform you about customs, so I had to pay a hefty customs fee (EU to Croatia). As the total cost is still a big discount from new, this was acceptable, but would have been good to be aware of it. For these small issues, my rating is 4 out of 5. But overall, I am very pleased with the unit even with customs clearance delays.

I bought a "very good" condition and an edge of the phone is clearly chipped. Also there are some scratches on the screen which isn't great (some on the back too but that's fine). I was asked to pay custom fees, after opening a request for assistance and Allo Allo blaming the issue on FedEx, they asked ME to contact FedEx so they would reconcile the payment that Allo Allo is supposed to do upstream. I had a hard time with FedEx with no follow up. When I opened a new request for assistance asking Allo Allo for their help to FedEx would charge them and not me, I received the. same automated message than the first time and they closed the request so no follow up possible. I tried to have an answer through a different request for assistance and received another automated message. Finally I opened an "issue not listed" request for assistance: we're a week later and I still haven't gotten an answer. I got tired of waiting for my phone that was coming from Hong Kong and decided to pay the fees ($27,40). Also tried to reach out on Messenger and got an automated message to which I answered back and never got another response. Worse client services I have ever seen in my life. The phone works well so far (it's been two days) but I have zero trust that if I have an issue with it under warranty I will be able to get decent service.

Réponse : Les écritures inscrites au dos du téléphone peuvent changer en fonction de l'origine du pays. L'Union Européenne oblige Apple à inscrire des logos au dos de l'appareil, alors que les téléphones provenant des USA n'ont pas cette obligation.Répondu
