Why check the condition of the package and the product upon delivery?

Once your package has been prepared in our warehouses, it is entrusted to the carrier who takes care of delivering it to your home.

We always prepare the package with care, but despite our best efforts and in some rare cases, it happens that the package suffers damage during transport.

It is therefore very important to check in the presence of the delivery person:

  • The condition of the package (if the package is damaged or shows any abnormal traces).
  • The condition of the product (whether the product is broken, scratched, damaged, nonconforming or incomplete).

In all cases, you must notify on the delivery note the observation you made during the check and/or refuse the goods.

Thereafter, we advise you to inform us of your situation from your customer account by making a new request for assistance.

Written notification of any damage enables us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
