Delivery methods can be Standard or Priority.

Quick Shipoffers a faster delivery service for products in stock ready to ship.

It is possible that for the purchase of several products, several delivery methods are involved. This is the reason why several delivery methods with various carriers can be offered.

If you wish to have confirmation of the delivery costs of the articles added to your basket, it is enough to simulate the purchase. The total amount will be displayed at the "Delivery" stage which is before the payment stage.

Delivery address

Please include your mailing address, telephone number and details needed for delivery, such as street number or building number (if applicable). Without this information, our carriers may not be able to deliver your order safely.

We cannot be held responsible for the failure of a delivery attempt caused by negligent behavior on the part of the customer. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrectly filled in delivery data, such as order address, telephone number, consignee name. In this case, we will not be able to refund the order.

In case of late delivery.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time. However, the actual delivery date may be delayed by parcel thefts, weather conditions or other external factors.

Our automated systems ensure the tracking and proper delivery of each package shipped. Thus, if your package is still not delivered after 25 days following its dispatch, we will automatically open a complaint with the carrier and an information email will be sent to the customer.

If your package is still not delivered after 45 days following its dispatch, the package will be considered lost and the refund of your order will be automatically triggered.


Shipments will be delivered with duties and taxes unpaid.

Any import duties (customs) and/or taxes must be paid by the customer, in accordance with local customs policy.

According to customs regulations, we will not be able to declare the purchased items as gifts or indicate an amount lower than the actual price of the product.

Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that was shipped with Priority delivery.
