I want to modify my order.

Add a new item.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can:

  • Place a new additional order: this option should be given priority if your order has already been dispatched.
  • Cancel the current order to place a new one: this option is not to be prioritized if your initial order has already been shipped.

Delete an item.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request the cancellation of the article concerned in order to obtain a refund and the postage which was attached to it if they were not offered.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. We advise you to refuse the package upon delivery.

Change your contact details.

In order to modify the delivery address, we will send your request to the carrier who will inform us of his decision.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, acceptance is possible if this does not entail any additional cost on the part of the carrier. In case of refusal, you can cancel your order in order to place a new one with the new address.

If your order has already been dispatched, it will no longer be possible to modify your delivery address.

If you want to change your delivery address, log into your customer account with your email address and password, then change your delivery address. The changes will be saved automatically and your order will be shipped to your new delivery address.
