How to track my order ?

The information concerning the realization of your order is available from your customer account. To inform you, an email will be sent to you each time the status of your order changes.

Status: In preparation

Your order is being prepared in our warehouses.

The estimated delivery times take this step into account as well as the time needed to deliver your packages.

Please wait until the shipment is completed so that you can see the details by email or through your customer account.

Status: Shipped

Your order has been delivered to the carrier.

An email has been sent to you with all the useful information to track the delivery of your package.

Your customer account also allows you to find:

  • The transporter's name.
  • Shipping date.
  • Parcel number and parcel tracking.
  • Delivery address registered during your purchase.

Important information: when the carrier arrives to give you your package, we invite you to check it completely (outside condition of the packaging and condition of the product inside) in order to refuse your order if you notice the slightest anomaly.

Status: Delivered

This status is updated when the carrier confirms having delivered your order.

By logging into your customer account, you can leave us a comment and rate the product.
