Our automated systems ensure the tracking and proper delivery of each package shipped. Thus, our system will detect the refusal of delivery automatically, an information email will be sent to you by email.
Following your refusal of delivery, an amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the outward and return costs of your shipment.

Your refund will be effective after receipt of the product in our logistics center and after checking its general condition.
Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving your refused package.
