Your refund will only be made once your package has been received at our logistics center and the item has been checked to validate the conditions for your return.

To convert a voucher to a refund on the payment method used when placing your order, please open a support case and choose Issue with order - Convert voucher to refund.

What are the exclusions, what is not reimbursed?

Any reimbursement related to repairs to your device not carried out by Allo Allo.

Any reimbursement related to bank fees, exchange fees, transfer fees or any other fees related to your bank.

Any refund related to customs fees.

Good to know :

Your refund will be sent to the same payment method chosen when paying for your order.

Once your refund has been validated, you will receive the funds within 4 to 8 working days.
