When will my invoice be available?

As soon as your order is dispatched, the invoice is automatically edited and sent by email.

It will not be made available to you while your order is being prepared.

As soon as your invoice is available, you can download it in PDF format as many times as you want from your customer account.

Can I modify my invoice?

When placing an order, you can save a billing address that is similar to or different from your delivery address. From the moment your order is validated, it is no longer possible to modify your billing address.

Good to know :

A promotional code granted by Allo Allo in certain circumstances will not be present on the invoice.
