The self-service return service is fully automated, so you can return your order to us independently from your customer area.
1. Declare your return.
To return your order to us, please open a support request then select the problem encountered from the list of choices offered.
2. Download your return label.
Print the return label received by email and stick it on your package. Drop off the return package at the nearest collection point according to the logistics company corresponding to the return label.
The prepaid and automatically downloadable return label service from your customer area is available for the following countries:

For countries where the download of the prepaid return label is not yet available, please use the carrier of your choice and return your package to us at the address: EGOLEAP INTERNATIONAL, RM 22, 10/F, NO.1 HUNG TO ROAD BLDG, 1 HUNG TO ROAD, KWUNTONG, HONG KONG.
3. We receive and process your package.
We check the contents of your return package, a confirmation email will be sent to you when we have completed this operation.
4. The refund is sent.
You will receive by email a voucher corresponding to the amount of your refund. If your withdrawal request has been opened within 30 days of receipt of your order, you have the option of converting this voucher into a refund.
In the event of withdrawal, the return costs at your expense will be deducted from your reimbursement in order to cover the outward and return costs of your shipment.

You are free to choose the carrier of your choice to return your item (at your expense). In order to guide you in this process, we recommend that you use the UPS carrier.
Your refund will only be made once your package has been received at our logistics center and the item has been checked to validate the return conditions.
Refunds are usually processed within 48 business hours of receiving your return package.
You will receive an email as soon as your refund is initiated.
Do not return your product before having received a confirmation by email from us, otherwise this could significantly delay the processing of your request, or even prevent it.
Do not forget to ask the carrier for proof of deposit with package tracking. If you have made a return without parcel tracking and we have not received the product, it will unfortunately be impossible to refund you.
