Can I return an item I no longer want?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return an item for a refund.

Conditions

• The item must not have been used.
• It must be returned in its packaging, in the same condition as you received it, with everything it came with.
• It must be fit to be sold again. An item that has been stained, damaged or used may be refused, or refunded only in part.

Good to know

The return costs are at your expense when you change your mind. Once the return is accepted, the refund is made to the payment method you used for the order, within 4 to 8 working days.
