A little reluctant to order a refurbished product following a very poor experience at a competitor's site. I finally gave in because of the reviews and the price... to end up very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, which goes far beyond the "repackaged" label. At Allo Allo refurbished = new. You have the box, the accessories, all plasticized as if it were bought new and not second-hand! Unbelievable! Bravo for the work and thank you for your efficiency and quality of service (and product)!

Bought for my 87 years old mom, to replace an Archos tablet for the ageing absolutely edgy and almost as expensive. It's perfect, very easy to use, and it really looks brand new. The only downside for an elderly person: impossible to download a keyboard in alphabetical order.
