A review must be relevant, sincere and useful to other customers. Go beyond « I like it »: say what the product does well or badly, how easy it is to use, how it looks, how the delivery went. Your own experience and your suggestions are welcome.

A review is not published, or is removed, when it

• concerns a product you have not tested,
• talks about something else than the product,
• asks a question without describing an experience,
• is written in a language other than the site's, or is unreadable,
• contains advertising or a commercial message,
• is hateful, offensive or defamatory,
• infringes someone's rights, names a person or gives contact details,
• shows a conflict of interest.
