If you refused the package when the carrier presented it, you do not need to do anything: the package comes back to us on its own.

Once it reaches our logistics center, the item is checked and your refund is issued to the payment method you used for the order. Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving the package.

Good to know

When a package is refused, the outward and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
